Rheumatic Fever Co-Design: Samoa Team (2022 - 2024)

Project Lead: Nadine Metzger

This design process, facilitated by Thinkplace Ltd and commissioned by Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, catalysed the development and prototyping of a range of initiatives that offer departures from and complement existing practices around rheumatic fever. The process was led by designers from Māori, Samoan and Tongan communities, with a respective focus on these communities.

Point supported a developmental evaluation for the Samoa Team in 2022 and 2023. A case study approach was chosen as part of the evaluation; three of the case studies can be found on the Te Whatu Ora website.
