LEAD Interview Process (2025)

Project Lead: Annalise Myers

The Centre for Not for Profit Governance and Leadership (LEAD) supports conservation and climate change organisations across Aotearoa through tailored capacity-building initiatives. These include one-on-one and group mentoring focused on strategic planning, governance, volunteering, and restoration efforts.

To better understand the impact of this support, LEAD commissioned Annalise Myers to conduct a series of in-depth interviews with programme participants. Her role is to capture the lived experiences of those receiving mentoring and coaching, and to surface outcomes that could inform future programme design.
