Support People
Support Person Survey
A "support person" is a person who supported the victim-survivor during the FGC. They complete their own survey.
The support person receives:

Support Person Information Sheet (graphic)
Note that the "support person" may also be the same person who supports the victim-survivor to complete their own survey.
A note about vouchers
Adults supporting a victim-survivor aged 15 and under to complete a survey
These documents are for adults who may support a victim-survivor aged under 15 years to do a survey. This is separate from a "support person", who is a person who supported the victim-survivor during the FGC (see the yellow box below for support person documents).
The person supporting a victim-survivor aged 15 and under to complete a survey receives:

Note that a person who supports someone to complete a survey may also claim a $50 voucher. This can be indicated at the end of the victim-survivor survey, and two $50 vouchers will be sent to the phone number provided at the end of the survey.
Adults supporting a victim-survivor aged 16 and over to complete a survey
These documents are for adults who may support a victim-survivor aged 16 years or older to do a survey. This is separate from a "support person", who is a person who supported the victim-survivor during the FGC (see the yellow box on the right for support person documents).
